Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent reviews indicate a mixed experience for tenants in buildings owned by Phillip Miller. Many residents appreciate the prime locations, effective garbage management, and responsible maintenance of heating and water pressure. However, some buildings are marred by cleanliness issues, excessive noise, and unresponsive management, with particular complaints about pest control and neighbor disturbances. While some tenants recommend these properties for their affordability and amenities, others strongly advise against them, citing significant management shortcomings and a lack of attention to tenant concerns. Prospective renters should weigh these insights carefully when considering a lease.

Would recommend living here!

Pros

Great location Rent increase has only been $50 per person each year Management has fixed any issues we’ve had No real issues with rats or roaches Near the L, J, and M trains

Cons

We had numerous problems with water leaks, mostly due to rain, in almost every room of our 4br within the first 1-2 years. That being said, they have come to fix the problem each time and we haven’t experienced any recently. Gas and electric bills can be a little pricey
