We miss old management
Pros
i have lived in the building since 1995. Eddie started managing the building in 2003. we have seen many improvements in the building and Eddie and old management always looked after rent stabilized tenants and made sure the tenants are treated with dignity and respect.
Cons
The management has changed recently for the condo as well for rent stabilized tenants. We, the tenants feel like no one cares for RS tenants and answer any calls. we are forced to call 311.
Advice to the owners
condo and rental management- Rent stabilized tenants deserve respect and calls answered - not ignored.
Solid Building in an Excellent Neighborhood
Pros
The location can't be beat, the back yard is really something special, and the super is very responsive.
Cons
Occasional mouse problem but handled promptly, the heater bangs terribly in winter, super is great but management is impossible to get a hold of.
