Pros:
The unit itself is spacious for a studio, and i like the amenities provided.
Cons:
I think the building can be better maintained.

Pros:
Absolutely nothing, wouldn’t recommend
Cons:
Roaches, rats, half of the building is abandoned, the super is very unresponsive, nothing ever gets fixed & don’t expect your security deposit back
Advice to owner:
Be a better owner
