Beware of roaches!

Pros:
Great location. Can’t beat it.
Cons:
Our unit was infested with roaches. Ended up breaking the lease due to the extent of the roach issue. would not wish that experience upon my worst enemy :). The management company is also the worst and extremely unresponsive and unhelpful!
Advice to owner:
Better building cleanliness and management for roach issue

- not clean, there is always a smell
- tiles are loose in the stairway, some windows don’t fully close
- there is no space in the hallway (at all) for packages (and no elevator)

Great location atrocious building

Best location literally unbeatable. Super is a gem.
