Don’t rent here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location- close to public transport, grocery shopping, no safety concerns
Cons:
Dirty. Old building. Several apartments have roaches, mice, bed bugs. Garbage and common areas unkept. Super nowhere to be found. Landlord avoids responsibility for repairs unless city violations issued. Landlord and super both liars and pitch against each other
Advice to owner:
Shame on you for letting the building be this way and disregarding tenants rights
