Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to trains and buses. Easy walks to the Mall and supermarkets.
Cons:
About 50% of the tenants are careless. The hallways are trashed everyday. The front door is open. Tenants and visitors have broken the lock countless times. People from other places enter the building to smoke weed etc.
