Nice building, bad management

Pros

Cute rooftop with a beautiful view. Decently sized rooms and closets.

Cons

Need to complain multiple times to management before any action is taken. Myself and my neighbors had extensive issues with leaking that didn't get resolved for months. The in building washer and dryer is not maintained and is currently completely broken with no signs of a replacement or repair. Issues with pests.

Advice to the owners

Please be more responsive and offer some sort of abatement when there are major issues with the unit or building.

Pros

New building, enough time that most of the things wrong with it are fixed now. Spacious compared to others Windows

Cons

shared laudry is usually dirty the building inside doesnt get clean often enough
