Good building, location got worse with skyscraper next door

Pros

Good apartments, nice size, friendly staff. Laundry always works well. Neighbors are great. Elevators work well.

Cons

Kitchens are small with older appliances. Skyscraper going up next door blocks all the light now. Area is very loud. Neighborhood has issues with panhandling and trash outside.

Not much you can do. Maybe renovate kitchens?
