Safe and quiet

Pros

Most neighbors are Quiet, clean building, attentive staff, kind super & manager, pet friendly.

Cons

Laundry room gets and stays dirty. Parking is horrible, ghetto abusive tenants have moved and ruined the peace and quiet this building once had. You can hear constant yelling and threats throughout the walls from your neighbors and DV but when cops are called nothing is done and it continues.
