Pretty good but be persistent with building management
Pros
Great location, good amount of space. I felt like I was paying a great price for the area/ unit.
Cons
Gas stoves with no external exhaust vent, building floods from top and bottom with heavy rain, building management is rude/ scheduling maintenance is a huge process that sometimes takes forever or requires you to reach out over and over again. They also will not give you accurate timing for when maintenance will show up. Cockroaches in building.

Not bad for NYC
Pros
Great location. High ceilings. Central heat (not ac)
Cons
Have some issues with responsiveness on non emergency matters, but in general they do ok. Our floor is on a slant which is a pain when things roll around that should be stationary.
Advice to the owners
Install central AC like you advertise.
