NIEUW Management/ Brecco avoid at all costs!
Pros
The porter works hard to keep the garbage at bay and the building as clean as possible.
Cons
Management is non responsive. The super doesn’t give any information about what is going on when there are repairs. It’s takes months to get anything done. The heat and hot water go out every 2-3 months for a few days.
Advice to the owners
Be responsive to the needs of the tenants. Do better.

It would be good to update the building and not just paint everything an ugly shade of yellow
