Large bedrooms and great landlord
Pros
-very quiet street, just two blocks from Manhattan Ave - landlord is very quick to help when needed - apartment is large and well kept
Cons
Lacks elevator, but otherwise great place to live

Great apartment share
Pros
Only 3 units, and each has laundry and a dishwasher. Shared roof (only a few picnic tables up there, but it’s still something).
Cons
Steep rent increases each year. Eckford and McGuinness are both loud with traffic. A/C is hard, given there are many interior rooms.
