1) Right next to the L 2) Neighbors are very friendly
Cons
1) Everything else 2) Management is awful theyll block your number if you contact them too many times 3) Don’t expect any maintenance requests to get fulfilled 4) The bugs make my skin crawl 5) Insanely expensive for no reason 6) The garbage overflows and doesn’t get taken care of for days so there’s often garbage thrown all over the entry way and sidewalk 7) This also attracts lots of rats 8) Crazy loud construction that operates at any time of the day and will continue until late 2023

They absolutely do not care and will not pay attention to any advice so not going to bother

-Good location by subway entrance -Spacious & lots of storage -Natural sunlight
Cons
-Management never responds even when there are broken appliances/toilets/heaters -Garbage is only collected periodically so piles of trash live by the entrance which invites rats
Advice to the owners
Be more responsive and ask residents how to improve building. There are many residents who are loyal and have lived there for 10+ years but get treated like garbage.
