Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenants renting buildings managed by Emanuel Cherney consistently praise the clean and well-maintained properties, notably appreciating the dedicated elevator operators and friendly neighbors. The buildings offer charming features and reliable amenities such as heating and water pressure. However, many renters report frustrations with management’s responsiveness, citing slow or unresponsive communication, delayed repairs, and occasional pest issues. Rent increases and lease handling also draw criticism. While the onsite staff like supers and doormen generally receive positive feedback, overall management could improve customer service and timely issue resolution to enhance tenant satisfaction and trust.
