regular cleaning, good trash handling, no bugs, good central AC & heat, rooftop access

Cons

Water pressure in shower is very weak, management is slow to handle maintenance issues especially when they need to outsource. Rooms are not soundproofed well

roaches!! and gaslighting

Pros

building seemed clean at first and all the heat/water/electric is fine, but once i had lived there for a little over 6 months, mad roaches started to show up!

Cons

lots of roaches and baby roaches. management would be slow and gaslight about fixing things like having no carbon monoxide detector. also gave me ahard time with getting the security deposit back.
