Great building, noisy street

Pros

Management was very responsive and helpful. Apartment was newly renovated and very pleasant to live in.

Cons

Jefferson Street is very loud at night.

Advice to the owners

I hope that the laundry machines take credit cards since I've lived there! It was annoying to need to get rolls of quarters.

Could be better

Pros

Neighbors are friendly and quiet. Overall cleanliness is good and very few pests.

Cons

Needs a ton of repairs in the apartments. Nothing ever truly gets fixed and no sense of urgency from landlords.
