Pros:
Nothing good about this property !!!!
Cons:
Provides no heat during the winter, the worst landlord is not accesible when there’s an emergency in the apartment. Never ever returned my security deposit.
Advice to owner:
Return my security deposit you scammer !!!!!!!

Pros:
The pros to this property it’s very quite building not much foot traffic
Cons:
The owner Jacob is a scam , the ceiling leaks water , Jacob the landlord does not return deposit back , expects you to leave apartment for you to get money back 30days after you moved out .which then turns into excuses and no money . Mind you this was never on contract . The worst scam ever !!!
Advice to owner:
Please return my full refund for security and pet deposit. You are a scam !
