The best landlord in Brooklyn

Pros

Joe is extremely responsive. Anytime I need assistance with something in my apartment, he’s quick to take care of it. He’s very understanding, caring and considerate. He keeps the building very clean. All up to date appliances. I am ver y satisfied living here.
