Terrible Rip Off (Don't Rent Here)
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Close to the L and citibikes
- High ceilings
- Decent view from roof
- Absolute Power Fitness is an excellent gym
Cons:
- Could easily hear neighbors playing music, talking, having sex, etc.
- Poorly insulated, noisy apartments
- Roof is a complete mess
- Leaks from roof
- Unresponsive landlord
- Heat didn't work most of the time
- Elevator frequently broken
- Package thieves multiple times
- No parking
- Old wooden floors need to be replaced
- Old tin ceilings need to be replaced
- Construction with very little notice
- Dangerous people have chased us on this block
- New landlord is removing people who have lived there for 15+ years to charge insane prices (double or triple previous rents) for cheaply renovated apartments (they didn't even fix the busted floors)
Advice to owner:
At least care a little about the people living in "your building" you heartless bastards

Cool Lofts but has mice
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great area of Brooklyn - close to shops, nightlife, restaurants, etc. Lofts are large and full of character.
Cons:
This building has mice. Also, this building has many, many parties. This can be a pro or con, depending on your lifestyle.
Advice to owner:
Better pest management
