One of the doormen (Lloyd) No major issues with the unit
Cons
Cost Construction and on a road with a lot of car traffic New owners took over and increased rent by 11% and would not negotiate Noise isolation above us was non existent, but fine on the units on the sides. We could hear the dog barking constantly They don’t give the staff working there health insurance We did not receive our security deposit for 3 months Building is north facing, no natural light
Advice to the owners
Idk you’ll be happy here if you’re fine with paying more than $6k a month and fine with noise

Great location but huge building going up across the street caused terrible construction noise entire year I was there
Cons
Bug infested - giant cockroaches everywhere Supers hands tied bc of horrible mgmt Do not expect reimbursement of security deposit but DO expect them to find something even if from a previous tenant Poor windows, gross air conditioning units, won’t repaint, hallways are beat up and only thing they are prompt about is giving you names of staff at holidays
