Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenant reviews indicate that buildings managed by Danny Castillo typically feature attractive locations, often near community amenities, and some have positive aspects like clean common areas and effective garbage management. However, recurring issues include inconsistent heat, pest problems, and notably poor owner responsiveness, leading to frustrations among residents. Several reviews highlight a decline in management quality, particularly regarding timely maintenance and communication. While some tenants still recommend the buildings for their neighborhoods and amenities, caution is advised due to ongoing maintenance concerns and pest control issues, suggesting a need for improved management practices.

Former tenant·just now

Has its quirks.

Pros

Great amazing location. Outdoor spaces next door and roof space.

Cockroaches in the kitchen.

Good for the time being

Pros

Apartment has light, love the neighborhood, affordable

Cons

Management is hard to contact, we haven’t had a dishwasher for 1 month because our broke, and our apartment is pretty old so there’s lost of dirt and crust in the cracks.
