Nice Neighbors and Clean Building

Pros:
Garbage/recycling disposal is handled in a timely matter, hallways are often vacuumed, super comes very quick when a problem is reported
Cons:
Pests seems to be an issue in certain units, walls are thin so it’s easy to hear neighbors throughout the day, very low heat and draft comes in from the AC unit entryway.
