I lived in the apartment for a year and it was simply the worst place Ive ever rented. The building is in need for serious repairs. There are holes in the walls when you first enter and the light fixture are broken as well. The building was roach infested through out the entire time of living there. The pest control was improper and we’ve only received sticky traps twice for the entire year. No one sprayed the building! We also had a situation where the ceiling was cracked and parts of it fell into my roommates closet. It caused a very bad leak and the management took weeks to fix it. I’ve also discovered mold in our bathroom, management simply spray painted over it. Finally, this apartment is in a very dangerous area. We had a break in around the fall. It’s near a smoke shop so there tends to be a lot of people cracked out wondering around and either fighting or trying to break in.
Advice to the owners
Fix your building and respond to your tenants complaints!
