Nice and clean amenities, convenient location, not so nice neighbors

Pros:
Very clean, convenient train access, and great amenities. Also the roof view is stunning 😍
Cons:
You have to pay for heat and hot water. The walls are thin. This building has a loud music studio next door that you can hear loudly. Also the back of the building overlooks another apt complex's garden area so occasionally you'll get some noise from there too. This building is also on a commercial street.
Advice to owner:
Add insulation to prevent noise or implement other noise reduction measures. Also add garbage bins.

Beware and stay away

Pros:
None? We asked when the gas was turned on and they told us to “take your money and get out”
Cons:
I lived here for 2 weeks, there was no gas, no internet infrastructure, no MAIL, electric meters not on, and mold. When we asked for a status update on when we would get gas, we received threats and were told to get out. To their credit, they gave us back our first month rent and deposit in CASH….

Very scary and illegitimate

Cons:
No gas, internet, or mail in the building when we lived there. Landlord and management company are threatening and at times erratic. Just don't do it
