Overall, okay building

Pros

Spacious two-beds, super was a good guy. On a nice street in a good location.

Cons

Problems with roaches, neighbors had leaks. One of the tenants started a fire in 2020 and smoke detectors weren’t in common areas but were subsequently installed.
