Good for Budget

- cheap studio apartment, able to live alone nicely

Cons

- building is a little older and needs more consistent repairs by the super -package theft due to people being let into the building unauthorized

Pros

Not too noisy depending on floor you live and direct neighbors. In a good location, area not too lively and calm. Laundry on site. Responsive super.

Cons

Laundry machines not regularly cleaned. Seemed those who don’t have a key can still enter building (had multiple packages stolen from people who don’t live here).
