Advice to the owners

Former tenant·Over 3 years ago

Really enjoyed living here

Pros

Great apartment with new appliances and built in heat/ac in every room. Building is managed by the owners nephew and he’s very available and responsive and reasonable. Best landlord I’ve had in nyc.

Cons

None really. 3 stars for noise because there were some loud neighbors in nearby buildings, but for the most part neighbors were great. Heat worked well to heat up each room quickly, but was hard to get hallway/open areas warm in the coldest months.
