A Covid Deal Dream

Pros

Amazing location. Easy to reach super. Laundry in basement.

Cons

Cockroaches made an appearance from time to time. Had a significant rent increase after signing a lease in 2021. I don't blame them, but it was still a bummer.

Quiet, a bit of street noise

Pros

I lived here until 2015. - Great to have storage space above the bedroom closet and above the bathroom. - Pretty clean and kept in decent shape. - Super was responsive. - Great having in-building laundry.

Cons

The owner sold to new owners right before I left, and they were difficult to get a hold of. I don’t know if it’s changed since then.
