Great Building But No Management

Pros

- Minimal Noise -Close to Trains - Great Neighbors

Cons

- Management is practically nonexistent, prepare for hot water to be minimal for months, buzzer to not work for months, issues in apartment to persist for months. Building has changed owners 3 times in the last 3 years. Current owners filed for bankruptcy.

none. the only reason i’m here is because I can’t move at this exact moment and i’m in a lease.

roaches mice stolen packages black mold holes in ceiling entire ceiling cracked cracks in walls roof leaks no ventilation in bathroom no elevator for disabled people nonresponsive landlord paints over black mold and honestly so much more
