Worst Living Experience of my Life. Landlord will make your life hell.
Pros
Truly the only pro was the short distance to the train. Decent light in the unit. Not enough to make up for the craziness of Fulton Street.
Cons
I was harassed by this landlord nearly every week almost immediately from the time of move in. Mental illness is apparent and I regret not seeing/reading prior reviews about her especially because she lives in the building. I had repeated mice issues the entire year. Anything that broke I paid for myself just to avoid interaction with her. She will gaslight you in every way possible and will bang on your door without notice. The realtorTrevorn who is selling the unit to you is her friend from church and does not have your best interest in mind. Red flags all around. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
Advice to the owners
Sell this building and get serious mice treatment. You are not cut out to be a landlord.
Building is quiet!

Building is quiet, landlord is responsive to issues. Nice light depending on the apt. Water is hot and there is great water pressure.
Cons
Landlord can be overbearing. There are mice issues.
