Lead in Water

The space is big, the light is good

Cons

The 2nd floor has mice in both units. The building has lead pipes and through the free government test has confirmed LEAD in the water. We told the landlord and he didn't care and said the apartment would be rented quickly regardless. Landlord does not fix anything.

Replace lead pipes

Nice little brownstone in a great location.

Cons

Landlord is absolutely horrible and will screw you out of your money. These apartments are being rented for WAY more than they are worth.
