Great apartment

Pros:
Open floor plan with nice sized rooms.
In unit washer/dryer.
Dishwasher.
Decent sized patio off each unit.
All electric, sustainable building which keep utility costs reasonable/low.
Central heating and air.
Thick/sturdy walls between units.
Close to subway.
Nice sized garbage room, including compost bin
Regular air filter and appliance maintenance
Cons:
Living on 4th can get loud with street noise. We had issues with responsiveness from the property manager, but they have since brought on a new team and reply time has gotten better.
Advice to owner:
Keep up the good work

Pros:
Very nice and helpful super, nice residents, beautiful building and views
Cons:
There was a theft of packages that I reported to the owner, and there was really no follow-up or even a warning to other building residents. I think there are people who smoke outside close to the building because my apartment often smelled of smoke.
