Former tenant·9 months ago

Simple no frills place

Pros

renting process was easy, allowed sublets if necessary

Cons

if you missed one of the pest sprayings you were almost guaranteed to get bugs despite maintaining a high level of cleanliness. Tile repairs in bathroom were done poorly and over the 2.5 years of residing there we had to have them repaired several times, they never used the correct tile filler so it kept calling off and creating a mold issue. sometimes the door to the roof was left open and pigeons would get inside the building causing a mess.

Pros

walls between apartments are thin. other than that the building is pretty

Cons

can clearly hear neighbors from your apartment
