This was a nice place to live.
Former Tenant
Pros:
I loved living in this building, caretaker always addressed problems promptly. Great neighbors on this block.
Cons:
Dated appliances, building has quirks typical for it's age.

Not Confident Landlord Exists
Former Tenant
Pros:
I liked that it was cheap and spacious. Great area!
Cons:
3 things to focus on, (1) landlord was sketchy in that I never met him nor heard from him, he was always out of the country and we always paid with cash, check, or wire transfer which was weird and concerning. Also the name associated here is not the name that I wrote my checks to so idk to do with that information (2) Nothing was ever actually fixed when we needed it to be, stove/oven never completely worked, toilet became problematic 1/2 way through, and there were leaky windows. (3) No matter how much you cleaned it, it always looked and felt dirty. It was a dirty space.
Advice to owner:
Let the caretaker gut and revamp the place. Every apartment needs a new stove. Get new floors, so the next person feels clean living there. Maybe make the door widths to code? Oh and for everyone in the building’s sake add a ventilation system for the stove it needs it so as to not set te fire alarm off every 30 seconds while cooking.
