Good place, badly managed

Pros:
great location, in building laundry
Cons:
super is not trained and if he needs to call out for anything it will not get done, landlords will try to scam you out of every single penny, racist, classist, homophobic, no option to pay rent online
Advice to owner:
set up online payments. i know it's easier to rip people off with checks and cash, but we see what you’re pulling.
