Clean and bug free- but TERRIBLE BUILDING MANAGEMENT

Pros:
- clean units
- pest control comes monthly- no bugs
- units are nice
- good location
- nice amenities
Cons:
- building management is TERRIBLE
- didn’t have hot water for WEEKS one winter till i called 311
- the building manager stopped answering texts after a few months of me moving in
- takes weeks to get maintenance repairs
- some maintenance repairs don’t even get fixed
- the lady who answers the maintenance calls is so unsympathetic and rude, never helpful.
- neighbors are so loud - noise and music loud until 4 or 5 am.
- loud construction going on every morning
- reported gas leaks multiple times from different tenants. fire department called twice within the same month in my experience
Advice to owner:
they’re beyond helping. they just want to take your money.

Pros:
Cheap and renovated. Has in-unit washer/drier
Cons:
Heating is NOT included and absolute garbage. Expect to freeze and pay SHIT TON for heating (gas)
