Love this apartment

Central heat and ac
Responsive/reasonable super
Landlord is hands off but doesn’t hang you out to dry
Great location
Rent stabilized (not cheap but not too expensive either)
It’s a great place
Cons:
Had some stuff get stolen from the basement that wasn’t fun.
