3310 Ave H 4th Flr Neighbors Disgusting

Pros:
Friendly neighbors I’ve knew for a very long time. Friendly hardworking workers. Nice and safe place
Cons:
I’ve lived in my Coop for generations and our building was always clean and safe. But everyone knows the residents in the 4th floor on the left side of are building are problematic. There’s a drunk man that’s always acting weird sometimes leaving blood everywhere , the youth that live on that floor are always smoking weed everywhere being loud every night and leaving a mess on every floor. Someone keeps pissing on the elevator (probably the drunk man). There’s a tall creepy guy that’s smokes cigarettes in the trash room and he’s from the 4th floor. We complain about the smoking all the time but nothing is being done
Advice to owner:
Evict those residents they’re not abiding by the coop rules

Pros:
Friendly neighbors, affordable apartment, near lots of shopping
Cons:
building was fairly clean when I moved in but has become very dirty and lots of issues with roaches! The trash piles up in the compactor and the hallways are rarely cleaned. The plumping is awful and the water from neighbor’s shower comes up my tub drain.
Advice to owner:
thoroughly exterminate the entire building!!!!! and clean the building more often.

Pros:
Mostly quiet Near a lot of shopping stores and food places
Cons:
Teenagers sometimes come in and smoke weed in the hallways. The janitors leave garbage outside the building and it could be disgusting to walk by. Also my apartment unit occasionally has mice and roaches.
