Pretty Good Space
Pros
A pretty good space for the cost in the area we are in
Cons
The amenities are not maintained. The game room is outdated, the rooftop furniture seems to never be changed, and the lack of Fios internet is hard to deal with

Could be good, but major security issues
Pros
Spacious for price, friendly and helpful porter and super, good location relative to subway. Decent gym.
Cons
Security - there have recently been assault/robbery inside the building and packages are often stolen. Neighbors let anyone in behind them, and management does not take efforts to better secure the premises. Pests - have never seen pests inside the building , but rats run through the garbage out front all the time, running the risk they come in the building.
Advice to the owners
Show more interest in building security
