Good Place to live
Pros
mostly quiet neighbors, living space is nice, common areas kept clean, building security generally good
Cons
thin walls, can hear neighbors snoring at night, sometimes cigarette smoke comes through the vents

enforce no smoking rules in the building

Really great and responsive super; clean building; nice neighbors; great neighborhood.
Cons
Thin walls and even though it’s temporary, extremely loud construction next door.
Advice to the owners
In a sublet and my specific landlord is awful. Extremely unresponsive, rude, disrespectful, and decided to move back in without giving me enough notice to find a new place. Wonderful building but avoid subletting with this person. Truly the worst landlord experience I’ve ever had.
