Reviews

Good spot in a good neighborhood

Pros

Everything is in good shape, I like the neighborhood. Good price too.

Cons

Smallish living room

Former tenant·7 months ago

Post grad apartment

Pros

I loved the buildings location, there was laundry in the basement (need quarters). There was roof access (nothing there but a great view and people would gather there). A little small for an apartment but nice sunlight in bedroom

Cons

When I was moving out the owners were a little aggressive about showings but otherwise not too many cons. Once had a mouse problem that was promptly dealt with.
