Good size apartments, but…

Pros

Apartments are relatively large

Cons

Horrible plumbing. Heat and hot water are sporadic. Cleanliness standards are not upheld and building is dirty most of the time. Super is not proactive and management is unresponsive.

Advice to the owners

You have a great asset. Replace the useless boiler. Paint and clean common areas on a consistent basis, and provide the basic services to the tenants.
