Great Location and Deal for Price, Mice in the Winters

Pros

Great location on a quiet but well located block, respectful neighbors, good deal for the price with minimal rent increases, good water pressure

Cons

Unfortunately had mice issues several winters in a row, management was responsive but did not act as urgently as we would have liked

Eberhart management is quick and responsive, have always been able to solve issues quickly
