Landlord is a horrible human being
Pros
Yard is nice yet overrun by stray cats that poop and kill birds and landlord will not help with nor maintain for you Laundry is nice to have yet you will be charged heavily for very old machines that do not clean well- some tenants opted out to purposely pay more and send laundry out Spacious apartments
Cons
Evil landlord despised by tenants of this and next door building Sued for withholding funds and credibly accused of racism by black tenant You will never get a penny of your security back. No one ever has Lazy landlord demands you pay extra for everything from pets to driveway to laundry and will not maintain anything, you must do snow removal and weed the back garden even if you don't know how Landlord lies and interactions with third parties must be recorded as you will be blamed and billed for work they chose to do that they do not like the outcome of
Advice to the owners
Sell it and exit this business, you can't handle being a landlord
