Favorite apartment I've ever had
Pros
I've loved living here so much. Landlord is kind, responsive, and helps me with any issue I have ever had. She really goes above and beyond and looks out for me as a tenant. Skylights on the top floor and huge windows have meant lots of natural light (and saving on electric bills!) and the neighbors below me are quiet. Could not recommend highly enough.
Cons
The heat struggles to reach the top floor of the building sometimes, so the winter tends to be a little bit cold. No fault of the landlord's, just the old radiators and the pipes. I have found it manageable with space heaters and it's a small drawback for an otherwise amazing apartment.
