Pros

This building is close to major transportations.

Cons

Popack and his company is slowly driving out rent stablized families that have been living in this building for decades. Currently, the landlord is only renting from former homeless people and drug addicts. The landlord is making a lot of money by exploiting people that are in need. They are also illegally denying non disabled people thr right to apply for apartments at any of their 40 plus properties. The building is not well kept and filled with junkies roming the halls and dirty elevators and staircases. The building is very noisy and most of the tenants that they house here smoke cigarettes everywhere. Roaches and rats are present in the hallways and inside the walls. Police are in the building several times a day. People sell drugs and their bodies.
