Great Location, Mediocre Management w/ Shady Price Increases

Pros

Location, building is in decent shape. Recent renobations have been nice.

Cons

cutthroat rent increases, tenants are moving in and out all the time. Our rent has gone up 60% in last two years. Awful. Massive construction for last five years. Now men are working on fascade indefinitely and roof has been closed indefinitely since last year.

Advice to the owners

Retain tenants instead of this revolving door. It's a shame, as it uproots folks.

The location is everything

Pros

- Location - THE FRONT DESK DOOR MAN + STAFF in general. make my day. - The view - The location - The apartment size + renovations - The building is just great

Cons

- Construction noise right now and no laundry machine. But I would live here forever anyways.
