Nice building, inconsiderate landlord

Pros

We can control our apartment temperature with no issue. There are only 3 apartments so it's safe & low traffic.

Cons

The mailboxes are broken, the garbage is so close to the front door & there are a lot of rats out front. The biggest issue was a homeless man broke in multiple times & the landlord refused to make the entrance more secure, the safety we requested was not her issue.

Advice to the owners

Don't allow things to break without a response & clean the front of the building.
