Former tenant·3 months ago

Great if you’re not allergic to roaches and mold

Pros

Rooftop access. That’s it.

Cons

Infested with pests monthly. This is a very old building full of garbage so once the neighbors vibrate their building with club speakers, they spread through out the water system and walls. So try not being allergic or afraid of giant cockroaches and small mice. Get a cat!

Advice to the owners

Hire your own exterminator:)

Good space but run down

Pros

Big living room and separate kitchen with lots of light. Very cheap.

Cons

Mould growing, place needs completely redecorating and new appliances, tiles coming up.
