Gets the job done
Pros
Cozy walk up, fantastic location, good sunlight exposure (for west-facing apartments).
Cons
thin ceilings so you can hear neighbors walking/stomping around, landlord very unresponsive, old old building with barely any upkeep
Advice to the owners
be more responsive to tenant issues. windows are old and thin and drafty - they could use replacing

Quiet building with communal roaches
Pros
Very quiet, good location
Cons
Dead roaches in the halls for months, rodents in garbage cans, roaches and mice in unit, owner and super not helpful
Advice to the owners
Clean the shared space, invest in pest control
